HOW SUPPORT UNFOLDS

Start where your family is.

Every family’s path is different. The work begins by listening, then builds toward a plan you can understand and use.

Packages:

The Initial Connection

A focused 60-minute conversation to understand what is happening now and what matters most.

The Guided Connection

A 5-week collaborative connection where we will guide you along your journey to help create calmer routines, improve your child’s participation in daily activities, and give practical strategies you can confidently use long after the program ends.

The Premium Connection

12 -week comprehensive support to help you better understand your child, navigate everyday challenges, and create practical strategies that work for your family.

Your Family Support Hub becomes your family’s personalized home base- a place to return to when you need a strategy, resource, recommendation or reminder of what to do next. No parent should have to navigate this journey alone. We will be there to guide and support you along the way.

Individual Services:

Follow Up Sessions

During these individual 45 – minute connections, support continues as your child grows and new questions appear. Together, we keep the plan useful and realistic.

Provider collaboration

When your child’s village shares the same goals, strategies are easier to carry across settings.
